These bands can be used at-home or in the gym to warm-up, burn-out, or better activate your glutes. Place the band around your knees & focus on pushing them out- this is key! Some of my favorite exercises to use them with include hip thrusts & squats. Your glutes will be ON FIRE: they'll be better activated & engaged, which is key to building a booty!
